1. WHAT IS MSMAware? MSMAware is a software designed specifically for MSMA- the urban drainage design guideline for Malaysia. MSMA is an acronym for “Manual Saliran Mesra Alam Malaysia” or the “Urban Stormwater Management Manual for Malaysia” published by the Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran Malaysia (JPS) or the Department of Irrigation and Drainage Malaysia. Compute the peak discharges via the Rational Method and the discharge hydrographs via the Time-Area Method for any locations in Malaysia. c. HP1 (2021) for West Malaysia- which covers 180 storm stations in West Malaysia, plus averaged storm on 10 and 20 km grids. c.
